| November 6th - November 22nd | 2) Browse profiles of attendees and request/respond to bi-lateral meetings | Send meeting requests to selected participants of your choice and accept/decline the pending requests of other attendees. |
| November 23rd | 3) Check your final personal meeting schedule | You will find your preliminary meeting schedule under your profile with all the meeting details. |
